Services that will
bring your concepts to life

Explore our 3D printing and fabrication services to transform your product ideas into tangible, real-life creations. Each service is built to solve common development hurdles and accelerate your path to market.

01. Custom 3D Printing

This is your go-to service for producing high-quality, functional parts and aesthetic prototypes. We utilize two core technologies - Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) for robust, cost-effective parts and Resin (SLA/DLP) for high-detail, smooth-finish models. We help you choose the ideal material (e.g., Nylon, ABS, PLA, rigid resin) based on your part’s strength, heat, and chemical requirements.

What You’ll Get:

  • Engineering-Grade Parts: Prototypes or end-use components that meet strict functional specifications.

  • Optimized Costs: Material and technology recommendations tailored to your budget and volume needs.

  • Fast Turnaround: Reliable production scheduling to keep your development cycle moving quickly.

How to Avail It:

  1. Prepare Your File: Have your finalized STL, OBJ, or STEP file ready.

  2. Request Quote: Submit your file and specifications via our secure quote form.

  3. Approve & Print: Review our material and pricing suggestions, approve the quote, and we start fabrication immediately.

02. CAD Design & Modeling

Don't have a 3D file yet? We turn your ideas, sketches, reference images, or existing 2D drawings into precise, production-ready 3D CAD models.

Our designs are developed with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) in mind, helping ensure your model is practical for 3D printing or your intended manufacturing process.

What You’ll Get:

  • Production-Ready CAD: A clean, dimensionally accurate model prepared for your intended manufacturing or fabrication process.

  • Design Guidance: We help you make practical design decisions that can improve function, printability, durability, and material efficiency.

  • Review & Refinement: You'll have an opportunity to review the design and provide feedback before the final files are delivered.

  • IP Protection: Your designs, drawings, and project information are handled with care and kept confidential (NDA’s available upon request).

How to Get Started:

  1. Submit Your Project: Use the contact form to tell us what you're trying to create. You can also upload sketches, reference images, drawings, or existing files to help explain your idea. Then select “Design & 3D Modeling Services” on What Can We Help You With? dropdown.

  2. Design & Review: Our team develops the CAD model based on your requirements and works with you through the review process.

  3. Final Delivery: Once approved, you'll receive the final CAD files in the appropriate format for your intended application.

03. 3D Scanning & Replication

Need to replicate a physical object, reverse-engineer a legacy part, or capture complex organic geometry? Our 3D scanning service creates a precise digital duplication of any physical item. We use high-resolution, non-contact scanners to capture millions of data points, which we then convert into an editable mesh or CAD model.

What You’ll Get:

  • Precise Digital Twin: A highly accurate file of the original part for archival, modification, or mass replication.

  • Reverse Engineering: The ability to recreate obsolete or complex parts where no original blueprints exist.

  • Quality Inspection: Comparative data between a physical part and its original CAD model to verify quality and tolerance.

How to Avail It:

  1. Send the Object: Ship the physical object to our facility for scanning.

  2. Scanning & Data Processing: We scan the object and convert the raw point cloud data into a usable 3D mesh.

  3. Delivery or Print: We deliver the final digital file, or immediately move the part into our Custom 3D Printing service for replication.
